The campus is located in the center of Eindhoven only at eight minutes walking distance from the central railway station. The campus is accessible via three entrances located at: John F. Kennedylaan, Insulindelaan and Prof. Dr. Dorgelolaan.

When arriving at Eindhoven Central railway (NS) station you leave the platform, go to the main area underneath the tracks, and walk to the exit on the north side of the bus station. Continue 25 meters diagonally to the right and you see TU/e Campus at some eight minutes walking distance. Cross the road at the traffic lights and follow the waving footpath to TU/e Campus. The track on the right side, Prof. Dr. Dorgelolaan, is suited for wheelchair users.

The campus can be reached using the motorways A2, A50, A58, A67, and A270. When driving to Eindhoven Follow the ‘Centrum’ directions on the small blue signs, until you see ‘University’. Depending on the direction you enter the city, these signs will lead you to one of the entrances.

From Maastricht/Venlo/Antwerpen

  • N2, Randweg Eindhoven
  • Junction Leenderheide towards Eindhoven Centrum/Tongelre
  • Follow the blue ‘Centrum’ signs until you see ‘University’

From ‘s-Hertogenbosch

From Tilburg/Breda

From Nijmegen

At the campus we use internal addresses, therefore it is important to turn your navigation off as soon as you are on campus and follow the signposting system. You can enter the address: De Zaale, Eindhoven in your navigation system to reach campus.

The parking on campus is not free of charge. The first half-hour is free of charge after that the following rates apply:

  • € 0.50 per 15 minutes
  • € 7.50 per 24 hours (daily rate)
  • After 48 hours, daily rate of € 16.00 per 24 hours
  • € 7.50 for a lost entry ticket.

 

Eindhoven Airport is located some five km outside the city of Eindhoven. From the airport there are various public transport options available to reach TU/e Campus conveniently. Next to the terminal is the bus stop from which bus 400 or 401 will take you to Eindhoven Central Station within some 20 minutes. From Eindhoven bus station / bus stop Neckerspoel, Eindhoven to TU/e Campus is at some eight minutes walking distance, see also “coming by public transport”.

Are you arriving at one of our other airports such as Schiphol airport or Rotterdam The Hague airport? A direct train from the Schiphol train station located below the airport, follow the signs in the main hall to get to the tracks, will take you to Eindhoven central. From Rotterdam The Hague airport first take a bus to Rotterdam central station where a direct train will take you to Eindhoven Central. From both Schiphol and Rotterdam two direct trains leave every hour to Eindhoven.
