Feasibility of on-campus school

The Netherlands is slowly reopening society so that nearly everything will be allowed again in the summer, although sometimes subject to certain conditions. On August 10, the decision will be made by the organization committee if the school will be organized on-campus at the TU/e campus, or if we go for a fully online school. Registration notice

  • Please register on the ASSA website first.
  • Click the ‘Register’ button for the school you want to participate in from the list shown above.
  • Payment can be done by credit card and bank transfer.
  • Once registered, a confirmation email will be sent to your email.
  • In case the school has to go fully online due to Covid-19, all registrations for ‘on-campus participation’ will be converted to online.
    The difference in registration fee will be refunded.
  • Any questions regarding registration can be addressed to info@assaeindhoven.org.

Cancellation policy

  • Registrations can be canceled upon written notification sent to info@assaeindhoven.org.
  • Full refunds will be granted for cancellations till August 31, 2021, excluding administrative costs up to €30.
  • A refund of 50% will be granted for cancellations after August 31, 2021, till September 30, 2021.
  • No refunds will be granted for any cancellations after September 30, 2021.
  • Refunds will not be given for no-shows. If a participant is unable to attend the school, a substitute is welcome to attend at no extra charge.
    Please inform the organizing committee of the full details of a substitute participant by email.
