André Fiebig studied at the Technical University of Berlin and also received his PhD in Berlin in the field of acoustics and psychoacoustics. From to 2005 to 2018, he worked at the HEAD acoustics GmbH in Herzogenrath on various topics related to acoustics, psychoacoustics and product sound quality. Since January 2019 he is a visiting professor in the Institute of Fluid Dynamics and Technical Acoustics at the Technical University of Berlin, where he teaches psychoacoustics and noise effects. Since 2022 he is a board member of the board of the German Acoustical Society (DEGA) as well as the European Acoustics Association (EAA). Moreover, he is active in different working groups related to national and international standardization.
